Find your subject category
MOHRE asks you to pick a subject category when you apply. Type the subject you'd like to assist with and we'll show you the matching permit categories — pick the one closest to your subject and level. Can't find your subject or level below? Don't hesitate to register your interest and we'll help you out.
How to apply — step by step
Go to the official MOHRE app or website and open the Services tab.
Open the private tutor permit service — it's listed in the app as “Private Teacher Work Permit.”
Enter your Emirates ID number and the OTP code sent to you.
Select your subject category (use the finder above to identify it).
Upload the required documents (checklist below) and sign the agreement / code of conduct.
Submit. MOHRE reviews it (with the Ministry of Education) and issues your permit in 1–5 working days.

Certificate of continuity of study (secondary) or university enrolment certificate
Your last academic certificate
No-objection letter from your parent/guardian
Certificate of Good Conduct
Medical fitness certificate
Valid ID (passport / residency / Emirates ID)
A clear personal photo with a white background
Signed agreement (code of conduct)
